Foundations
  • 7'-10" X 8" thick concrete wall, on 20" footings, structurally reinforced with 2 rows rebar at top
  • 4" thick concrete porch with steel rebar reinforced, broom finish
  • 3" basement floor with 25 MPA concrete over 6" crushed stone
  • 4" garage floor with reinforcing fibre mesh, broom finish
  • Cement parging over all exposed above grade concrete walls
  • 4" diameter filtered drainage tile at footing around perimeter, and down from basement windows as required
